Kick off the Canada Day long weekend with this summer’s premier classic rock concert, the Great Canadian Bash. Taking place on June 28, 2025 at Starlight Stadium, the Great Canadian Bash is a celebration of Canadian music, culture, and summer.
Co-headlining the event and playing full sets on the main stage are two iconic Canadian classic rock bands, Big Sugar and Trooper. These groups will bring an unforgettable night filled with legendary hits and high-energy performances.
In the spirit of Canada Day, Nautical Disaster, the country’s most authentic Tragically Hip tribute band, will kick off the event on the secondary stage.
Big Sugar, known for their unique blend of rock, reggae, and blues, will bring their signature sound to the stage. With chart topping hits like “If I had my way”, “Turn the Lights On”, and “All Hell for a Basement,” fans can expect a dynamic performance that showcases the band’s extraordinary talent and infectious energy.
Trooper, one of Canada’s most beloved party rock bands, will also take the stage delivering their timeless classics “Raise a Little Hell”, “We’re Here for a Good Time” and “The Boys in the Bright White Sports Car”. These anthems have become a staple of Canadian rock music and fans are in for a nostalgic treat as they sing along to these unforgettable tunes.
The Great Canadian Bash is designed to be an affordable concert experience with tickets ranging from $49.50 – $64.50 plus fees.
